Who we are

Cortech S.r.l is a company specialized in the engineering, the construction and the sale of systems and products for the snowmaking and the maintenance of ski trails. In 1984, first project of snowmaking system realized in Pampeago in Val di Fiemme, Province of Trento. The numerous projects that have followed also include all the installations realized within the “Consorzio Impianti a Fune Fiemme-Obereggen”.

In 1989, launch of Skitrack, un tracer of cross-country trails with incorporated mill, that will fast become a reference for the tracing of corridors for important races. Skitrack is utilized successfully in the 90’s during the pre-worldwide championship in Val di Fiemme. Its performances have then been confirmed during the Worldwide Championship ’91 in Val di Fiemme and then successively, during the Winter Olympics Games in France. In 1990, launch of Hydrobox, a shelter equipped for the snowguns’ connection, which combines its big environmental discretion with its electrical safety and easy way of use.

In 1992, Cortech enters the field of snowguns as a constructor. In 1993, Cortech markets Gentronic, a snowgun with avant-garde characteristics and oleo-dynamic movement. In 1994, Campus’s launch on Gentronic side has given rise to big interest in the field. In 1997, launch of Campus Pole, a lance with a potential until then unequalled in the snow field. During the successive years, the range of products has been improved in order to meet the requirements of the most qualified operators. Between 2002 and 2005, Cortech has produced, in its quality of technological partner of a field company, bifluid snowguns that have been exported throughout the world. Since 2004, Cortech is certified ISO 9001:2000, while in 2005 Cortech becomes a Limited Company.

In 2006, Cortech launches out directly into business with a complete range of new products, resulting from many years of experience in snow field. These new technologies permit the realization of complete snowmaking installations, from shelters, to snowguns and supervision, in a very competitive way, in both productive and economical point of view.The after sales service supplies assistance to customers for the handling and the maintenance of the products.
